Fall 2026 CELS Peer Mentor - Mentee Application

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our CELS Peer Mentor Program! The Peer Mentor program will take place during the Fall 2026 semester. If selected, you will be assigned an experienced CELS Mentor who will serve as a network of support for you in your first semester here at URI. 

Your peer mentor will serve as a guide for you and will be able to connect you with a variety of campus resources and provide invaluable advice personalized to you and your academic and career aspirations. 

Over the course of the semester, we will be hosting a series of weekly fun campus events to build a better sense of community to allow you to meet other peer mentors and first-year/transfer students in our College! 

While this is an application, the primary goal of these questions is for our mentors to get to know you! Our mentor team hand selects their entire team so these are the questions they want to know to get to know you best!

BE ADVISED: It is recommended to keep a copy of your answers on word or google docs if you do not believe you will be able to complete it in one sitting. The application takes only a few minutes, however if you time out due to inactivity, your answers may be lost.
